Ingredients

• 2 ripe bananas

• 1 cup rolled oats (adjust the amount for consistency - ground, whole, or mixed)

• 2 tbsp peanut butter or tahini

• 1 tsp cinnamon

• 1 pinch salt

• 1 tbsp chia seeds

• 1 tbsp dried mulberries (optional, to add sweetness)

• 1/4 cup cacao nibs, raisins, or dried fruit pieces (optional)

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2. Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.

3. Add the peanut butter or tahini, cinnamon, salt, chia seeds, dried mulberries, and cacao nibs (or other dried fruit). Mix well.

4. Gradually incorporate the rolled oats until the mixture forms a sticky dough.

5. Scoop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Shape into small mounds.

6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

7. Let cool and enjoy your healthy snack!
